We greatly value our diverse talent pool and offer equal opportunities for all applicants without any discrimination.Primary Responsibilities:- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction via excellent sales service- Engage with customers, both in person and over the phone- Establish trustful relationships with customers- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently- Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis- Maintain organized work order files and formulas- Tint and mix products to customer specifications- Restock shelves and set up displays- Maintain the store equipment- Assist in making deliveries, when necessary- Remain updated with the product offerings and discuss available options- Comply with company's inventory control procedures- Suggest ways to enhance salesMinimum Requirements:- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old- Must have authorized status to work without needing sponsorship for employment- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally- Availability for work for all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekendsPreferred requirements:- A valid, unrestricted Driver’s License- A High School diploma or GED- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service- Previous experience in selling paint and related products- Prior experience with tinting and mixing equipment- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish proficiency.
