Job Description:
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for aerospace components. This position focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring high-quality production standards, and solving complex manufacturing challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality, to streamline operations, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products. This role is critical to supporting the scaling of manufacturing as the company grows.

If you have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, particularly within the aerospace sector, we want to hear from you! Your knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles, combined with problem-solving skills, will make you a vital asset to our mission.
