Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compensation strategies and programs
  • Analyze compensation data and market benchmarks
  • Oversee annual merit process
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters
  • Stay abreast of industry trends
  • Work as a liaison between ADP and HR resources
  • Serve as primary liaison with benefits brokers and carriers
  • Ensure legal compliance reports are filed appropriately

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
