Compensation and Benefits Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compensation strategies and programs
- Analyze compensation data and market benchmarks
- Oversee annual merit process
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters
- Stay abreast of industry trends
- Work as a liaison between ADP and HR resources
- Serve as primary liaison with benefits brokers and carriers
- Ensure legal compliance reports are filed appropriately
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
