Responsibilities

Develop and execute compensation strategies and programs
Analyze compensation data and market benchmarks
Oversee annual merit process
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams
Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters
Stay abreast of industry trends
Work as a liaison between ADP and HR resources
Serve as primary liaison with benefits brokers and carriers
Ensure legal compliance reports are filed appropriately

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
