Full Stack PHP Developer - Support
Shipfusion is looking for a Junior-to-Mid-level full-stack developer to work as a support engineer on their PHP-based platform, contributing to maintaining the platform and providing technical support.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of PHP
- Experience with SQL databases
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Openness to learning new technologies
Responsibilities
- Resolve support requests that require technical interventions
- Manage the internal task and incident management platform
- Provide timely feedback to internal departments
- Diagnose technical support issues and provide effective resolutions
- Document and contribute to the knowledge base
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience preferred
