About the Role:
As a Project Manager Intern - Carrier Accounts at Shippeo, you will play a crucial role in bringing new carriers onto our platform and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with them. You will be the go-to person for your portfolio of carriers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring their successful integration with our cutting-edge logistics technology.
What Youâll Do:
Onboard New Carriers: Introduce carriers to Shippeoâs platform, persuade decision-makers to implement our solution, and lead the integration process from start to finish.
Customize Technical Solutions: Work closely with carriers to define tailored technical solutions, lead technical specifications, and oversee the delivery of integrations according to plan.
Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key carrier accounts by engaging with management teams and gaining a deep understanding of their operations and technical needs.
Ensure Compliance and Success: Maintain regular contact with your carrier accounts to ensure alignment with customer projects, and create use cases that highlight the benefits Shippeo brings to their operations.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Operations team to execute all carrier onboarding-related activities smoothly.
Keep Systems Up-to-Date: Maintain accurate records in CRM and other reporting tools.
What Weâre Looking For:
Youâre currently pursuing a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree from an Engineering or Business School.
A first experience in Project Management or Operations is a strong plus.
You excel at multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
Youâre able to work independently, proactively propose improvements, and take initiative.
You have outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Youâre fluent in English and French; proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian, or other European languages is a strong advantage.
Youâre motivated to thrive in a growing startup environment.
