Shipper/Auxiliary Logistics

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for maintenance positions
• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for all other positions

Sign-On bonus to be paid $200 a month the 1st - 5th month, and $500 or $1000 on month 6.

**Night Shift Premium (for overnight shifts): $1.50 in addition to base rate.

Monthly Bonuses: Attendance - up to $300 a month

Location Premium: 15% of base pay each pay period

Incentive Bonus - as high as 30% based on team performance*

• Auxiliary (Entry Level):
• Performs simple tasks such as pipe handling, bundling, protector placing or varnishing, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
• Performs miscellaneous simple tasks such as pipe handling, bundling, protector placing or varnishing.
• Carries out material and equipment movements and cleaning or ordering activities.
• Performs forklift or radio control crane operation when applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Housekeeping and yard maintenance
• Ability to train to operate large mobile equipment
• Identifies and interprets job instructions and activities from existing information systems.
• Performs miscellaneous simple tasks such as placing boards between layers of pipe, pipe handling, scrap evacuation and assistance in other jobs.
• Carries out material and equipment movements and cleaning or ordering activities
• Assist in any job.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years' Industrial manufacturing experience, Distribution, or technical degree, associate’s degree, certificate or equivalent in related field preferred
• Ability to perform arithmetic and numeric reasoning
• Basic problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Standard process and procedures preferred

PLEASE NOTE: This job is performed on a large outdoor shipping yard. Candidates would have to be able to adapt to various weather conditions. Attendance is paramount to all positions.
