The role will work closely with various members of the Pathways.org team, marketing, designers, and stakeholders to optimize the reach and digital presence of Pathways.org’s products and information on children’s development.If you are a person, who is passionate about health education and believes every parent should have access to information on their child’s health and development than this position is for you.The Web and Mobile App Development Manager will demonstrate Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Core Attributes: Communication, Accountability, Flexibility/Adaptability, Judgment/Problem Solving, Customer Service and Core Values (Hope, Compassion, Discovery, Collaboration, & Commitment to Excellence) while fulfilling job duties.Job DescriptionThe Web and Mobile App Development Manager will:Analyze key metrics and performance data to measure the success of web and mobile app initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Develop, manage, and update our digital analytics strategyReview web and app database using SQL, identifying KPIs and other metrics, for impactful insights on how these channels are contributing to the Pathways.org Mission.Oversee Digital Marketing Analyst collect, filter, and process statistical data derived from our marketing efforts and translate it into actionable insightsKeep track of our marketing initiatives and compile reports on KPIs, such as conversion rates, site traffic growth, and customer satisfaction ratesSpot crucial growth opportunities and identify areas in which our analytics capacities are lackingGauge the effectiveness of our current analytics tools and solutions, pinpointing improvement areas, and suggest alternativesAnalyze target market segments and traffic trends for optimization and content opportunitiesDrive user engagement, optimize customer experiences, and increase conversion ratesDevelop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnel A/B tests to improve conversionManage implementation of SEO initiatives (manage agency partnerships, work with internal creative teams to optimize website, track rankings and performance, etc.)Pathways.org is seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who can help create and optimize content.Reporting RelationshipsReports directly to Director of Digital StrategyKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredBachelor’s degree required.Masters in tech, information design, strategy or related field preferred4+ years experience in website analytics and SEO managementDeep knowledge of online marketing metrics and reporting tied to SEO, advertising, social media, user journeys, segmentation and personas, user experience, survey and feedback tools, website reporting tools, and customer experience/web analyticsHave extensive experience with various marketing and business intelligence technologies, e.g. Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Social Media Ad Platforms, YouTube Analytics, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, etc., with expertise in Google Analytics and SQLDeep understanding of the customer journey, user experience, and analyticsProven track record and deep understanding increasing user experience and increasing strategies for increase digital reach and user experienceExperience with mobile app analytics tools and A/B testing methodologiesFamiliarity with design thinking principles and UX/UI best practicesPassion for mobile technology and a drive to deliver exceptional user experiencesAble to present concepts clearly and accurately and to keep others informedSelf-starting, capable of working independently while also functioning and contributing as part of a fast-paced teamOrganized and able to prioritize projects and meet multiple deadlinesWorking ConditionsNormal office environment with little or no exposure to dust or extreme temperature.
