Job purpose

The main function of the Beauty Advisor is to deliver the optimal customer experience by providing a friendly, customer-focused experience while driving sales. The individual in this role will act as a brand ambassador by providing strong product knowledge to clients.

Duties and responsibilities

• Build, establish, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up and notify customers of upcoming events and promotions
• Achieve sales results in a team environment
• Assist in the execution of events and holiday programs
• Provide strong product knowledge to customers differentiating Shiseido from other brands

Qualifications

• At least 1 year customer service experience, preferably within the Perfume & Cosmetics industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Full flexibility with schedule (including evenings and weekends)
• Results-driven
• Customer-focused
• Passion for Cosmetics
