The Voucher operations team is responsible for ensuring end-to-end execution and maintenance of Vouchers and Gift cards inventory. As a Voucher Operations, you will manage the creation and maintenance of digital voucher inventory and execute its subsequent offers. You will also be responsible for supporting business requirements with demand planning, customer experience management, and building SOPs for the improvement of business processes.


Your Adventures Ahead
  • Management:
  • Collaborate with the Stakeholders to identify areas of improvement within Voucher Ops and Operations, as well as across the wider teams.
  • Define, maintain, and review market KPIs, providing constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders.
  • Document key tasks, processes, and SLAs, ensuring they are regularly updated and followed.
  • Ensure that SLAs are implemented and adhered to by the Operational function teams and key stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders such- Commercial, Customer service Team and  Finance Team
  • Constantly seek to improve and streamline operational processes.
  • Create and execute processes to set up vouchers.
  • Ensure a high degree of due diligence in checking legitimacy vouchers.
  • Making sure that the terms and conditions for vouchers are updated in the system. The message must be clear and concise.
  • Showcase ownership towards the voucher business by ensuring replenishment of such vouchers. Share ideas and work with product teams on potential areas to improve operational efficiency.
  • Work with the marketing team to promote vouchers with the objective to increase order purchases.
  • Work with the graphics team to design images best suited to promote vouchers.


Essentials to Succeed
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Process-oriented mindset and passionate about optimization and automation.
  • High attention to detail . Enjoys being precise and ensuring accuracy of outcomes.
  • Ability to interface & communicate with stakeholders and Merchants teams.
  • Self-driven. Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
  • 0-2 years experience in an Operations role.
  • Experience or interest in learning how to market a product
  • High drive and ownership on process improvements.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and eager to join the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong excel analytics skills. Ability to analyze data and present data with stakeholders.
