You will champion the growth of customer acquisition and retention for ShopBack. You will be involved in innovating and building a robust pipeline of campaign initiatives. To excel in this role, you will need to be able to use data, creativity, and market insights to grow the business.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize mega campaign mechanics to meet monthly targets, and work closely with the team for effective strategizing
  • Design user-centric campaign layouts, collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive elements and improve user experience
  • Execute impactful campaign strategies across multiple channels for customer acquisition and retention
  • Conduct in-depth campaign analysis, offer insights for future optimization
  • Coordinate with Business Development to secure deals and align campaigns with market trends and customer preferences
  • Allocate marketing resources efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness for various merchant activities
  • Provide guidance to junior team members during campaign setup and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Continuously improve campaign processes and workflows for enhanced work efficiency
  • Liaise with customer support to ensure seamless campaign execution, addressing customer inquiries and concerns


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in campaigns planning and execution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
