The Contract Specialist is responsible for managing general contract, compliance, bid, and dispute requests while escalating complex issues as necessary. The role includes daily DocuSign CLM administration, legacy contract migration, simple contract reviews (including NDAs, stocking agreements, general terms and conditions, customer-owned inventory agreements, and dedicated fleet device agreements with oversight), bid responses, and minor dispute resolution.
Responsibilities:
Request Management
- Review and prioritize contract-related requests based on complexity and urgency.
- Complete intake forms for specialized documents, including Dedicated Driver Agreements for Logistics, NDAs, and other unique contracts.
DocuSign Administration
- Assign new documents to internal reviewers and merge exhibits into Stocking Agreements before signature.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for troubleshooting CLM process issues.
- Manage license assignments and follow up on expired documents.
- Collaboration on developing new template process and creating training materials.
- Establish processes for migrating contracts from third-party eSignature tools or wet signatures.
Legacy Contract Migration
- Upload and assign attributes to contracts not stored in DocuSign.
- Establish processes for migrating contracts from third-party eSignature tools or wet signatures.
Compliance
- Review and assign compliance requests in coordination with the Vendor Compliance Manager, Document Control Specialist, and Risk Manager.
Dispute Management and Resolution
- Assist accounting and sales with minor disputes, escalating to the Risk Manager when necessary.

Requirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience with contracts, for example: NDAs, service agreements, stocking agreements, and general terms and conditions desired.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM or Contract Lifecycle Management systems is a plus.
- Experience in using DocuSign or similar system to manage contract workflows, assign tasks, track documents statuses, and troubleshoot process issues.
- Contract management experience such as workflow, renewals, tracking milestones
