Senior Consultant, Technical Account Management

Showpad is seeking a results-driven Senior Consultant for Technical Account Management to serve as the primary point of contact for managing the technical aspects of customer relationships.

Skills

Deep understanding of the tech industry and Sales Enablement
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts
Proven experience in Technical Account Management or similar role

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and issue management to customers
Establish mutually agreed instance health improvement and project plans

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience
