Our Managers are key leaders that drive the success and shape of Sia Partners as a firm. They are integral in Sales, Account Management & Client Delivery, and Governance reporting directly to a Business Unit / Business Line Partner and Market Leader.
As a key driver for supporting our leadership team in the sales process, Managers join our firm with the ability to leverage Sia Partners' rich network of connections to help develop new solutions.
The ideal candidate will be able to support and lead delivery engagement at existing clients and identify new opportunities within Sia Partners' rich network of relationships. Managers are also expected to support commercial proposals within their Business Unit / Business Line with the support of team members. They will act as the main point of contact to provide industry guidance, strategic direction, and implementation of best practices for the organization
Responsibilities
Participate in projects with leading institutions (including Large Tech Companies, Financial Institutions, and others)
Being able to conduct projects around regulatory compliance, legal technology, control review, risk & compliance advisory, technology implementation, and data privacy
Be hands-on and contribute to the successful execution of client projects.
Assist in the development of new intellectual property including leading-edge research on white papers, supporting the development of marketing materials, and assisting in publishing articles
Work closely with our other offices and leverage our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge
Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and timely submissions
Managing a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and close mentorship
Participate in business development activities including content development, proposal preparation, and sales presentations
Share consulting best practices with the team
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of management consulting experience total with 3 years of team management and business development experience within the management consulting setting
3+years of experience compliance, legal, or regulatory technology
Experience leading significant project management engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations
Desire to build an opportunity with an organization that fosters their entrepreneurial spirit
Proven track record of originating sales pursuits and closing sales, creating solutions to complex business programs, operational excellence, and strong understanding of consultative sales approach
Being an early adopter of AI technologies
Ability to drive relationships within C-Suite and other senior executives to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
Team player with outstanding interpersonal and demonstrated leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field; advanced degrees welcome
Able to travel up to 30% (post-COVID)
Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment and to mentor team members
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Dynamic and able to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset
Based in San Francisco and eligible to work in the United States
