Sr. Manager Design Quality Assurance
Sibel Health, an award-winning digital health startup, is seeking a Senior Manager of Design Quality Assurance to lead a team in ensuring quality solutions to technical challenges and driving continuous improvement in design quality processes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive design quality assurance strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality assurance professionals
- Oversee design verification, validation, risk management, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred
