Who knows where our shared journey will take you?We are looking for a Data Analyst Administrator that can be located remotely in the Central or Western part of the United States.As a Data Analyst/Administrator with the world’s most respected manufacturer of automatic transfer switches and power control systems, you will employ your data analytical skills to support our team in implementing successful sales strategies. Your work will help bring to market specialized equipment that makes the world a safer and more reliable place: think hospitals, data centers, utilities, mass transportation, and other aspects of life as we know it that need reliable power systems. You will provide solutions to the world’s growing need for dependable critical infrastructure.Responsibilities:• Provide operational support in the areas of sales enablement and sales pipeline efficiency measures, with responsibility for analysis and administration of sales forecasts• Assist the Director of Sales with translating requirements related to the application of sales strategies and processes while also supporting the measure of programs to maintain and ensure their efficiency• Partner with internal customers such as Marketing, to assist with the development and application of campaigns and tactics, and to ensure that the sales organization is fully enabled to leverage and capitalize upon them• End to end accountability for the management, oversight, coordination, and timely submittal of all forecasts• Plan, coordinate, and prepare team meetings (including virtual, remote), prepares an account of the meetings, and designate and follows up on assigned action items• Facilitate compliance requirements, approvals and management of document flows• Coordinate and lead special projects and activities as needed• Maintain regional maps, customer database and contact info as requiredYou will win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree required• Ability to travel 20%• Previous experience in the areas of data management and the ability to analyze and communicate results to dictate accurate sales cycle business rule alignment is required• Expertise in data mining with sales analytic tools• Proficiency with CRM software from Salesforce, Oracle, SAP or equivalent required• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required• Good verbal and written communication skills in English required• Communication skills that allow for goal accomplishment when working with different business teams are required to be successful in this role• Proven interpersonal skills including attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills required• Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorizationPreferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of the Critical Power Industry• Knowledge of Automatic Transfer Switches IndustryYou’ll benefit from:• Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
