Working closely with partner organizations, they will optimize solutions that enable healthcare systems to deliver care more efficiently for their patients. This entails taking the vision and strategy developed by the project sponsors and, through a partnership across functional teams, enable the co-development of an operationally viable solution. This individual will provide a critical link between the organizations, their strategies, and project execution. This individual will be responsible for the success of assigned programs within the portfolio ensuring all programs are completed on time and to budget. They will work in partnership with members of the project team, Healthineers Business lines, customer clinical teams, and numerous stakeholders to achieve these goals. This individual will own the day-to-day relationship between the Customer stakeholders and the internal cross-functional team.Key Responsibilities• Ability to strategically drive and direct a complex program across both internal and external stakeholders• Drive products from conceptualization to operationally viable solutions• Oversee development and implementation of project plans for assigned program(s)• Ensure there is alignment amongst stakeholders – providing regular feedback to the governance team• Ensure all stakeholders remain engaged and aligned throughout the program lifecycle• Provide transparency to program status through effective program governance• Demonstrate leadership excellence and drive a high-performance culture• Identify resource requirements by monitoring project roadmap and resource allocation to projects• Establish and foster relationships that lead to collaboration with all stakeholders and most effective, high quality deliverables• Contribute to achieving the vision, mission, and values of Siemens HealthineersSuccess Measurements• Strong customer engagement skills to address complex projects and ambiguity• Demonstrate strong leadership skills in motivating teams for high performance and ability to manage projects and programs.• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, ability to present.• Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within a project team.• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.• Ability to think strategically and influence decisions with key business leaders and program stakeholders• Must be results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making a positive customer impact while balancing business needsEducation / Knowledge / Experience• BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree as applicable to role• New products development experience strongly preferred• Program management experience in Health Technology• Minimum of 5 years of experience any of the following: Healthcare Practice Management, Healthcare Program/Project Management, Product Development, Healthcare IT• Required Travel 40%Competencies• Curiosity– Individual has a strong entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset – eager to find new ways of delivering care• Communication: Outstanding communications skills (oral/written/listening) able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to uncover needs and provide solutions• Conflict Management - Applies strategies to deal effectively with difficult people and difficult situations.
