We encourage you to stepbeyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster yourprofessional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Apply now for the position of Marketing Manager,Atellica Systems Chemistry Analyzers and you will drive products and strategywhich improve the lives of patients globally.Your role:• End to EndProduct Ownership: Product definition, product launch, go-to-market, commercialpositioning, and related campaigns.• Customer andMarket Insights: Develop customer insights to serve as an Atellica systemsexpert on customer targets (laboratorians, hospital administration, referencelabs, ministries of health, etc.) building keen insights and understanding tocontribute to the overall CLS business strategy.• CompetitiveSelling Strategies: Understand competitive offerings and provide commercialorganizations with appropriate positioning and tools to differentiateproduct(s) versus the competition in a profitable manner that adds value to thecustomer.• ProductDefinition: Ensure that appropriate Customer Requirements/Design Inputs arecrafted to guide the development team. Utilize market research; customer input;zone input; and other means to ensure profitable and differentiated productsare delivered to market.Your expertise:• Core Lab Diagnostics IVD experience required.• 4+ years of progressive marketing and productmanagement experience, ideally with end-to-end experience from conductingmarket research, developing product portfolio requirements, supporting newproduct development and new launch initiatives, campaign development andexecution, developing compelling sales messaging / materials and training• Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay experience strongly preferred.• Global awareness – ideally global experience orability to understand how to work effectively across multiple countries.• Customer-centric - With a focus on understanding howto translate customer insights into tangible actions and product requirements.• Collaborative - Ability to work cross-functionallywith the ability to influence across departments/functions.• Strong Communicator - Excellent communication skills todeliver messaging to different audiences• Organized - Able to organize and manage multipleprojects at once to help take them across the finish line; Staying on top ofprojects status and proactively reporting out as needed• Bachelor degree in business; life sciences;engineering or related technical discipline.
