Utilize market research; customer input;zone input; and other means to ensure profitable and differentiated productsare delivered to market.Your expertise:• Core Lab Diagnostics IVD experience required.• 4+ years of progressive marketing and productmanagement experience, ideally with end-to-end experience from conductingmarket research, developing product portfolio requirements, supporting newproduct development and new launch initiatives, campaign development andexecution, developing compelling sales messaging / materials and training• Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay experience strongly preferred.• Global awareness – ideally global experience orability to understand how to work effectively across multiple countries.• Customer-centric - With a focus on understanding howto translate customer insights into tangible actions and product requirements.• Collaborative - Ability to work cross-functionallywith the ability to influence across departments/functions.• Strong Communicator - Excellent communication skills todeliver messaging to different audiences• Organized - Able to organize and manage multipleprojects at once to help take them across the finish line; Staying on top ofprojects status and proactively reporting out as needed• Bachelor degree in business; life sciences;engineering or related technical discipline.
