We arecontinuously developing new answers for rail automation – often to questionsthat haven’t been asked yet.Position overview:As a Material Handler, you will support a broad range ofactivities in a dynamic, high energy warehouse environment providing allmaterial to production departments for manufacturing the best rail vehicles inthe world.What your day would look like:• Specific responsibilities may include receiving,putting away, picking, kitting, or delivering materials to production.• Ensure transactional accuracy for all materialmovements, making sure the correct quantity of material is moved to thespecified location and that MRP system transactions are completed correctly.• Properly identify all materials with appropriatelabels and part numbers.• Handle materials carefully to prevent any damageduring warehouse handling or delivery to production.• Immediately notify your supervisor of anyquality or delivery issues.• Use powered industrial vehicles for materialmovement. Certification may be required for tools and equipment such as cranes,forklifts, order pickers, scissor lifts, and fall protection equipment.• Follow all safety requirements, including theuse of required personal protective equipment (PPE). Starting payfor this role is $20.00/hour plus 10% shift differential. This is a 2nd shiftposition.
