By influencing leadership within their assigned customer groups to take actions on emerging people topics, they drive key initiatives that meet and anticipate the evolving needs of the business through close partnership with their Sr. P&O Business Partner and utilizing the full P&O ecosystem. You not only bring experience and expertise to the below focus areas, but you are also driven and energized by them.• Strategic Consulting in business and people strategy: leverage business understanding to connect leadership, and organization approaches with the broader Siemens ecosystem, utilizing thought leadership, analysis of people/culture impacts, and persuasive recommendations. Consult with leaders to identify people and cultural priorities that will best achieve desired business results.• Coaching: challenge leaders to think through people implications of business decisions and reinforce importance of people culture initiatives, helping them become more effective leaders and role models for their people.• Culture and Climate: monitor culture of assigned organizations, identifying need for interventions to drive the clarity and effectiveness of strategy execution, leading subsequent implementation of interventions. Ensure leaders are aware of the current and desired culture and climates within their organization and teams. Guide them to foster environments that drive the desired state.• Change Management: identify the need for change efforts, directing adaptation of organizations to new or changing structures, thinking/behavioral initiatives, or business processes. Develop sustainable change plans that will ensure thorough saturation throughout organization.Basic Requirements:• Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience with knowledge of various HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and management consultation.• 7+ years’ experience of effective relationship-building skills and ability to build reputation as a trusted advisor.• 7+ years’ experience of demonstrated strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).• 7+ years’ experience research and analyze information and use data to make recommendations.• 7+ years’ experience of demonstrated leadership skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude.• Willingness and ability to travel, estimated at 10-20% for this position.• Must live in Eastern Time Zone.• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.Preferred Requirements:• Flexibility, self-direction, and motivation.• Strong oral and written communication skills• Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while prioritizing effectively.• Experience working in a matrixed environment is a plus.• Certifications in Change Management, Culture, or Executive Coaching or a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organizational Development are a plus.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.You’ll benefit from:• Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
