It helps our customers to thrive, communities to progress and supports sustainable development.We are seeking a highly motivated MBA Intern to join our team and assist with shaping, tracking, and reporting on the status of a large complex program. The program involves product development, product engineering, technology, organization setup, processes, and governance changes, with stakeholders located across the US and Europe. The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Management Analyst and be responsible for helping to inquire about the progress of the program, analyzing data, and providing insights into how to improve and optimize program delivery with a focus on product management and engineering.As the Program Management Intern you will:• Assist with monitoring and tracking progress of the program and report status updates to stakeholders, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Support the creation and maintenance of program documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Help to identify and mitigate risks and issues to program delivery, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Analyze data and provide insights into program performance to identify areas of improvement, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the program, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Attend meetings and provide updates on program status to senior leadership, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the US and Europe, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Assist with product management and engineering tasks as needed.You will make impact if you have the following qualifications:• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on product management and engineering.• Undergraduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.• Experience with software engineering and/or software development.• Strong interest in program management or related field with a focus on product management and engineering.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Experience working with stakeholders in the US and Europe is a plus, with a focus on product management and engineering.• Must be willing to work flexible hours as CTO is a global team with a strong presence in Switzerland.
