This role is responsible for driving campaigns and events to support global and regional go-to-market strategies and for promoting products and services through omnichannel lead generation.This is a remote U.S. position based in the Eastern Standard Time Zone. While this role will support projects in both the U.S. and Canada, we are unable to consider candidates living outside of the U.S. (only U.S.-based candidates in EST will be considered).You’ll make an impact as you lead marketing projects for the U.S. and Canada related to:• Localization: Adapting branding campaigns to fit cultural, economic, and regulatory nuances to drive brand awareness and lead generation in local markets.• Market Analysis: Understanding and adjusting to the unique characteristics and needs of each region’s market and competitor activity.• Campaign Execution: Partnering with your team members in developing and implementing campaign strategies; Being part of a global Marketing team and, thus, collaborating with colleagues all over the world while also working closely with local sales teams, US Corporate Communications, and other partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.• Performance Tracking: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of regional marketing campaigns to optimize results; Measuring and analyzing the investment return of event marketing activities to ensure they contribute to organizational objectives; Managing the lead funnel with sales from campaign efforts.• Industry Events: Participating in the sponsoring of and content preparation for industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility; Coordinating customer and community engagements to generate leads.• Webinars and Virtual Events: Hosting online sessions to engage with a broader audience and showcase Siemens’ expertise, developing content/messaging that can be adapted and activated in communications channels.• Customer Events: Coordinating customer events to strengthen relationships and gather feedback directly from users.• Strategy: Formulating an annual regional marketing strategy and driving transformation that aligns with overall business goals.You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree required.• 8+ years of experience in business-to-business operational marketing, preferably in the US energy or grid software business, with a proven track record in campaigning, in execution of sophisticated multi-channel lead generation campaigns, and in sales support.• Ability to travel 10% (domestically and internationally on occasion).• Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.Preferred qualifications:• Preferred education: a bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or communications• Preferred software tool experience:• Salesforce• AEM• Adobe Analytics• Sprinklr• Eloqua Marketing Automation• Highspot• On24• GoTo Webinar• Conductor• Bombora• Preferred marketing experience in Energy or Utility space.You’ll benefit from:• Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position.
