Ensure timely placement and accuracy of PO'sdaily/weekly to move finished goods tothe Distribution Centers, paying close attention to inventory and servicelevels. Use supply chain planning know-how and experience to successfully solvecomplex problems, such as extreme increases or decreases in demand andsupply. Monitor materials at risk ofbeing out of stock and work with Demand and Supply Teams to mitigate risks.Direct accountability for finished goods inventory health in the distributioncenters and ensure scrap process is executed per company policies. Collaborate with Business and Regional Salesand Marketing to support global demand forecasting of both baseline statisticalvolume and unique event-based volume changes, and continuously improve forecastaccuracy. Influence and collaborate withPlant Materials Management to support the capacity planning of operationalresources (materials, tools, equipment, people) to ensure alignment withdemand, proper contingency and surge, and suitable depth of cross-trainedtalent. Collaborate with Distributionand Logistics to ensure proper planning parameters are applied, execution ismonitored, and new requirements are effectively designed into our Supply Chainflow. Collaborate with IT to ensureglobal visibility and smart reporting of inventory, volume, and key performancemetrics. Escalate issues and opportunitiesfor improvement where appropriate.Champion the Healthineers' Performance System as a means to drivecontinuous improvement, employee engagement, and organizational learning; coremethods will include Hoshin Kanri, Value Stream mapping, Structured ProblemSolving, Visual Management, and Coaching.Contribute to the continuously improving education platform thatprovides best practice training in Global Supply Chain Planning. Full-time remote work permitted.Qualifications:The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in SupplyChain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, ora related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in Procurement,Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or an acceptable alternateoccupation.The position requires experience with thefollowing skills: SAP; Data Analytics; Power BI; Demand Forecasting;Statistical Modeling; Supply Chain Optimization; Forecast Accuracy Metrics;Project Management; Change Management; Technology Implementation; Sourcing,Manufacturing, and Distribution; FDA-regulated products and processes.
