As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work on various projects, including SharePoint site creation and maintenance, Tableau dashboard development, reporting and analytics, brand building for internal initiatives, and supporting the creation of enablement material around the sales process and shift to SaaS. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a leading software development company and contributes to driving the organization's success.Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the team to create, enhance, and maintain SharePoint sites that align with company standards and guidelines, ensuring effective information sharing and collaboration. - Assist in the development of Tableau dashboards, leveraging data visualization techniques to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders. - Support reporting and analytics activities by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. - Contribute to building the brand for internal initiatives, assisting in the creation of marketing materials, communications, and campaigns to promote awareness and engagement. - Assist in the creation of enablement material around the sales process, including presentations, training materials, and documentation to support sales teams. - Support the organization's transition to Software as a Service (SaaS) by participating in the development of enablement material and documentation for customers and internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions for SharePoint, Tableau, brand building, and enablement material creation. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint, Tableau, and other tools utilized in the projects. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SharePoint, Tableau, brand building, sales enablement, and SaaS.Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of SharePoint site creation, maintenance, and administration, including content management, permissions, and governance. - Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools to create compelling dashboards and visualizations. - Familiarity with reporting and analytics concepts, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation. - Excellent creative and communication skills with a keen eye for design and ability to contribute to brand building initiatives. - Understanding of sales processes and ability to support the creation of enablement material for sales teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision. - Prior experience or coursework in marketing, brand building, sales enablement, or SaaS is a plus.Duration and Benefits: - This is a part-time/fulltime internship position, with 20-40 hours hours per week, offering flexible work arrangements. - You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the software development industry. - The internship provides a competitive stipend/salary, and there may be potential opportunities for future full-time employment based on performance and availability.Note: The responsibilities and qualifications outlined above are intended to provide a general overview of the position.
