The Role:
As the Head of Design, you'll build our design function and work with engineers, product managers, customer success, and GTM team members. You'll shape how our products look and work, and you'll also build and guide a top-notch design team.

Apply your design sensibilities to build an iconic brand and product across every digital experience.
Be the one with whom the buck stops in all things design.
Develop and maintain a consistent design vision that matches our company's goals.
Build a culture of obsession about details.
Work cross-functionally to create designs that are both beautiful and practical.
Make sure our brand is consistent across all platforms.
Help recruit, hire, and develop excellent designers.
Who You Are:
7+ years of product design experience in technology companies, with a portfolio that shows your design skills, taste, and ability to craft great products.
Experience leading and inspiring design teams.
Impeccable communication skills, able to clearly explain your ideas and lead cross-functionally through influence.
A strategic thinker who can see the big picture and plan for the future, while being obsessed about the details.
A curious individual who fits our culture, shares our values, and thrives in ambiguity.
