We are seeking a talented and motivated People Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, with a strong understanding of people's best practices in a startup environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company and bring a meaningful impact on our team and culture.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Manage and resolve team challenges, provide consultative partnership approach and constructive routes to people related solutions.
Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Oversee and lead the development of the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in a remote work environment.
Lead the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures, market insights to recommend attractive salary bands, incentive systems, and benefits packages that attract and retain top-tier talent.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
Manage employee onboardings, compliant records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Join the team if you:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a generalist role; startup experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of people business partnering, employment laws, and regulations in a remote work setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to drive decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
