About our hiring partner

Founded in Los Angeles in 2023, our hiring partner is an end-to-end sustainable manufacturing platform leveraging innovative practices to create custom apparel for modern businesses and creators. It is no secret that 'swag' and 'merch' has become synonymous with cheap and undesirable clothing to be worn once and never thought of again. They spent the past 3 years building a proprietary process in downtown Los Angeles to create apparel that rivals luxury brands while ensuring that the garments are kind to the earth. They use traceable organic materials, low-impact dyes, and regenerative manufacturing methods to ensure customers not only love their merch, but the earth does as well. And the best part? They handle every step from design, sourcing, production, and delivery to make sure clients can stay focused on what they do best -- building a killer brand.

What You'll Do:

- Design & build stunning, responsive websites using Webflow that perfectly capture brand essence and functional requirements

- Create custom animations, interactions, and micro-interactions that make websites feel alive and engaging

- Collaborate with the design team to build & transform static designs into fluid, dynamic web experiences while maintaining brand consistency

- Develop reusable components and design systems that streamline workflow and ensure consistent quality across design endeavors

What You'll Need:

- 3-5 years of experience in Web Design + Webflow Development – ideally in fashion or other E-commerce related industries

- Demonstrated experience building wireframes and creating custom websites from scratch

- Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, HTML/CSS, JavaScript (incl. 3js). Shopify is a big plus!

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern web aesthetics

- Passion for pushing web design boundaries and creating memorable digital experiences

- Experience working with startups in fast-paced environments
