Technical Sourcer

Sigma is looking for a Technical Sourcer to partner with engineering leadership and the recruiting team to identify, contact, and engage high caliber engineering professionals.

Skills

3+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience
Exceptional collaboration skills
Strong communication skills
Technologically astute
Understanding of SaaS industry

Responsibilities

Proactively source, recruit, engage, and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Develop and implement out-of-box sourcing strategies in collaboration with engineering and recruiting teams.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Leverage social media, multiple network sources, and online tools to identify top talent.

Education

Prior experience in a Startup environment preferred
