Responsibilities

Independently draft and negotiate a variety of commercial transactions
Lead and manage a contracts managers team
Support cross-functional teams with commercial transactions
Manage multiple projects with deadlines
Exercise sound legal judgment

Education

JD degree, with admission to a state bar
