Project Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Project Sales Representative to join our Commercial Refurbishment Sealing & Bonding team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving demand for our innovative products by delivering exceptional service and crafting detailed specifications for our valued distributors, contractors, and specifiers. Your efforts will help shape the future of construction and infrastructure, making a tangible impact on the industry. to develop a need for products through service and specifications to distributors, contractors and specifiers.

Competitive pay plus quarterly sales incentives.  Compensation range is $85,000 - $150,000.

What You'll Do:

Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets within an assigned discount or profit goal, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Promote Sika Products: Promote Sika products by continuing to develop engineering specifications and contractor applications, fostering long-term relationships and growth.

Maximize Territory Coverage: Ensure comprehensive geographical coverage of the assigned territory through an effective and efficient account management system.

Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Maintain a strong understanding of current product offerings and market applications, staying ahead of industry trends.

Tailored Sales Action Plans: Develop and implement tailored sales action plans for selected accounts, addressing unique needs and opportunities.

Foster Communication: Foster open communication with regional and cross-functional teams, sharing key business insights and updates to drive alignment and collaboration.

Support Profitability: Support the company’s profitability by making informed, strategic decisions in all business transactions, ensuring sustainability and mutual success.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Proven ability to drive sales success, including meeting or exceeding targets.
• Background in the construction industry or related field, with a willingness to learn and grow within the sector.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively implement action plans.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for the role.
