Backend Architect

Simpplr is looking for a Senior Backend Architect to drive the architecture and design of their AI-powered employee experience platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing large scale applications and strong technical skills in system architecture and microservices.

Skills

Deep knowledge on Microservices and Event Driven Architecture
Experience with NodeJs, Typescript, Javascript, Java, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Technical Certification on AWS Cloud/Architecture/Design
Risk and risk control compliance experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for the Architecture and High Level design of the problem statements at Simpplr
Ensure Software Characteristics (Non Functional Requirements) are met for the services/managed owned by you
Drive Technology and Best Practices in Engineering
Implementation of long term Technology Roadmap
Identify improvement areas in the existing services and provide revised design solutions
