Manufacturing Manager II
Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead all manufacturing activities under cGMP regulations.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in aseptic manufacturing process
- Knowledge of GMPs and worldwide regulatory agency guidelines
- Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a culture of safety and working conditions
- Lead and inspire the Building Leadership Team
- Define and deliver value to customers
- Interview, hire, coach, and develop staff
- Manage processes for business operations and improvements
- Collaborate with quality and technical services leaders
- Formulate long and short-range planning for functional area
- Interact with senior management and executive levels
- Ensure quality commitments are met
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering discipline
