Accounts Payable Coordinator

• Ensure all firm invoices are properly recorded, tracked, approved and paid.
• Acquire and process invoices (matching, coding, and posting).
• Prepare journal entries such as expense accruals and prepaids.
• Spreadsheet management.
• Heavy bookkeeping.
• Process billable disbursements (contract labor, consulting invoices and travel reimbursements).
• Assist with month-end close AP related functions.
• Generate reports detailing accounts payable status.

• Perform Credit Card reconciliation.

• Two years' experience in accounts payable.
• Two years' bookkeeping experience.
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of expense accounts.
