Software Engineer, Transactions (C/C++)

SingleStore is looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join their Storage team working on Transaction Processing. The role involves building systems software in a collaborative environment while leveraging technical skills.

Skills

Knowledge of C/C++
Understanding of low-level concepts
Good algorithms and data structures knowledge
Experience developing distributed systems
Familiarity with Transaction Processing concepts

Responsibilities

Develop critical software components, systems, and features.
Proactively learn about the system as a whole and contribute to its design.
Automate and test your own code to improve overall software quality.
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards.
Participate in customer POCs to optimize customer experience.

Education

B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
