Site Co-Ordinator DataCenter Coordinator/Technician III.
This is a dedicated position to support all the 24 datacenters that are part of the Google Program.
The DC Coordinator functions are included but not limited to: o Lead/Functional Manager of the DC BM4GCP Coordination team which consists of two India resources.
The team is 24x5 with rotating on-call weekends.
o Manages all physical access and shipping needs (inbound and outbound) for all 30 of Google’s Global Data Center sites, which consists of 25 BMS environments; four ESaas environments, and one Illumina environment. This includes key management for rack specific access utilizing Morse Watchman KeyWatcher Touch or Traka Touch key locker systems.
o Coordinates all smart hands work needed at each of the 25 Google sites, either with the Colocation provider and/or Atos BDS local resources.
o Submits all Google Letter of Authority’s (LOAs) for all Cross Connections for each of the 30 Google Global Data Center sites.
o Manages and works the 25 Google OnSiteSupport assignment groups in ServiceNow in conjunction with the Atos DevOps team.
o Manages configuration and new site setups in the Morse Watchman KeyWatcher Touch or Traka Touch key locker systems, together with the Atos DevOps team. o Works closely with the Project Team on all new site setups.
o Coordinates all annual onsite/virtual physical security/SOC audits (35+) for the Atos Security and Compliance Team along with the Atos auditing firm and Google auditing firm.
o Opens and logs all Atos internal changes for any colocation data center maintenance where there is a potential for reduced power redundancy in the Google environments. o Logs all accesses and shipments (inbound and outbound) into each of the 30 Google Global Data Center sites.
o Logs all changes announced that require an onsite presence.
