SiteRx is a software that gives patients hope. Today, the "best" option for a patient diagnosed with an incurable disease is a prescription that, at most, temporarily improves symptoms. In the face of this stark prognosis, an alternative option provides an avenue for hope: clinical trials.
We are looking for a talented and motivated Site Success Lead to join our team. We're based in New York City, but we are looking for someone based on the west coast to cover our sites in that territory.
At SiteRx, we work closely with clinical research sites to make sure they can seamlessly and efficiently screen our patient referrals for research studies. We help them improve their care to incoming referrals and guide their experience using SiteRx's Site Console, a product designed specifically for research sites.
When sites succeed, SiteRx succeeds. As the Site Success Lead, you will have ownership of all functions of SiteRx related to onboarding, retaining, engaging, and optimizing the experience of sites as members of the SiteRx Network.
