About the Regional Revenue Operation Manager role...

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations professional to help align and optimise our go-to-market teams. In this role, You’ll play a key role in unifying go-to-market teams, aligning goals, and helping the organisation achieve sustainable revenue growth. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and on supporting and optimising the sales processes within a specific geographic region, ensuring alignment with company-wide sales goals and providing actionable insights to drive performance. The role often involves working closely with regional sales teams, sales leaders, and cross-functional departments such as marketing, finance, and customer success.

What you’ll do…

  • Regional Strategy Development: Collaborate with regional leadership to design and execute revenue strategies that align with company goals and priorities.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse regional performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps; prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

  • Process Optimisation: Streamline the sales and implementation cycle, eliminate bottlenecks and improve conversion rates across the region.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive revenue-generating efforts.

  • Performance Tracking and Forecasting: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to accurate revenue forecasting and planning processes.

  • Technology Oversight: Manage and optimise the use of sales and marketing technologies (CRM and analytics tools) to support revenue operations.

  • Local Market Insights: Gather and analyse market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and adapt strategies to meet regional needs.

  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the budget for revenue operations initiatives within the region, ensuring prudent financial management.

  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members within the revenue operations function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you have…

  • Extensive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with a focus on regional management.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets experience is essential. SQL is desirable.

  • Proven experience in process optimisation and project management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Familiarity with, Salesforce and other sales/marketing technologies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
