About the Role: We are looking for an Acquisition and Retention Manager to join the SITKA Gear team. In this role, you will build and execute scalable strategies to effectively move consumers through all levels of the marketing funnel by collaborating across distribution channels such as email, SMS, Search Engine Optimization, performance marketing, direct mail, etc. to create segmented, targeted, and personalized consumer experiences.

This position will be located at our facility in Bozeman, Montana, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.*

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Direct To Consumer (DTC) marketing strategies throughout the marketing funnel from increasing brand awareness to optimizing conversion tactics
  • Manage an agile DTC marketing budget while ensuring the most effective and efficient investments are prioritized
  • Collaborate with the digital teams (merchandising, site management, digital creative, etc.) to create segmented, targeted, and personalized consumer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze acquisition and retention data to model the consumer database and project the ongoing impact to DTC revenue
  • Build and manage an attribution model to forecast the impact of each marketing tactic including performance marketing, email, social, SMS and direct mail
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to drive an increase in lifetime value and rebuy rate

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with a +$200M B2C and B2B premium consumer brand managing internal and external associates in a direct environment
  • Experience delivering and measuring Key Performance Indicators from multi-channel strategies and investments
  • Detailed understanding of customer acquisition and retention tactics including performance marketing, direct mail, email, SMS, SEO, and social media
  • Proven track record driving scalable and profitable revenue through marketing growth initiative
  • Demonstrated curiosity about hunting and the thoughtful hunter’s lifestyle
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from different data sources and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
