Without correct master data every procurement process will come to a standstill. Join Corporate Procurement as an expert for the administrative handling of our master data. Support us and keep the procurement engine running by ensuring that master data is always up-to-date, wherever it is needed.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will create and update (vendor) master data in our backend systems and our Procurement Platform, where you will always aim for a high service level of compliance adherence to enable efficient procurement and invoice processes
• You will be a quality gatekeeper and ensure that sensitive data is stored accurately in all our systems
• You will communicate with requesting stakeholders in the company to eliminate road blockers regarding the creation and adjustment of supplier details
• You will support data quality initiatives with the aim of keeping master data up-to-date
• You will support all topics around supplier management

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have a general understanding and ideally experience in purchasing and invoicing processes
• Tools You bring general knowledge in MS Office
• Soft skills You have a high level of quality awareness and an accurate working style, you are trustworthy and have high integrity
• Way of working You are highly efficient in the operative processing of incoming tickets
• Languages Solid knowledge of German and English language (mainly for Email processing)
