We are currently looking for a results-driven Account Executive (B2B) to join our dedicated sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategic relationships, and driving business growth through our suite of HR services. Your expertise will play a key role in helping clients find the best talent and streamline their HR processes.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services and addressing their specific needs and pain points
    • Contact prospective clients through cold calls, email, or any other media communication to introduce our services and identify potential opportunities
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs
    • Prepare and present tailored solutions or proposals to clients, showcasing how our products or services can meet their needs and deliver tangible benefits
    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with both client and company objectives
    • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through the setup and implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform our client engagement strategies
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent Sizanid HR and expand business opportunities.
    • Sales Mastery: Leverage your expertise in HubSpot to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies that drive growth
    • Engaging Product Demos: Qualify leads and deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the unique value of our platform
    • Deal Ownership: Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from building strong relationships with prospects to consistently exceeding sales targets
    • Tool Proficiency: Master the use of tools and Time Doctor to enhance your sales process, continuously develop your skills, and achieve success
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the HR consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Working Hours:

This role operates on USA/ Canada business hours, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST/ EST, Monday to Friday. Working with our HQ bases in Canada.

Required Hours & Equipment

  • Must be available during normal USA Business Hours.
  • Work hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am – 6 pm & Fridays 9 am - 1 pm EST.
