Account Manager, SMB (Remote / Hybrid)
Skedda is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with premium customers. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients, developing new business, and improving overall customer experience.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare reports on account status
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations
Education
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
