POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

A Skid Steer Operator controls the skid steer at the construction site to dig holes and move large objects. Moss is looking for hard workers, with strong work ethic and positive attitude to serve different levels on our utility-scale solar project sites.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Operating Skid Steer to unload/ move materials that are delivered to site

· Progress tracking and reporting to Superintendent

· Follow all policies and procedures

· Complete all mandatory internal training

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE

· Must be 18 years of age with valid ID

· Proven experience as a Skid Steer Operator

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods

JOB TITLE: SKID STEER OPERATOR

CLASSIFICATION: FULLTIME – NONEXEMPT – HOURLY

REPORTING TO: SITE SUPERINTENDENT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Health insurance

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Clover, VA 24534: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

  • CDL A (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
