Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation preferred
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in financial reporting and tax preparation

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation of transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial data for business decision support.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Assist with audits, payroll, and tax-related tasks.
• Support the development of accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide assistance to finance team members.
