Job Description:
Skillshare is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Brand and Organic Marketing to lead our brand positioning, storytelling and organic growth efforts. This 1 year contract position is critical in shaping our brand’s voice and expanding our presence across important touchpoints like blog, email, and social media, driving organic engagement and subscription growth. The ideal candidate is a natural brand storyteller who is gifted at shaping a cohesive brand narrative across multiple channels.
Reporting to the VP, Marketing, this leader will oversee always-on content planning and key brand marketing and growth campaigns, turning data insights into actionable plans. As a key member of the Marketing Leadership team, this role will be responsible for contributing to Skillshare’s overall marketing strategy and team culture while overseeing direct reports & contractors.
