Growth Marketing (Summer Internship)

Sleeper is building the leading platform to connect friends over sports. Our mission is to create a digital playground for friends to hang out, play games, chat, send memes to each other, and more!

We're on the lookout for individuals with diverse talents to assist our Growth Marketing organization with current goals and objectives such as;

• Community Engagement

• Social Media

• Analytics

• Product

• Customer Acquisition

• Content Creators

• Merchandise and Design

• Computer Science
  

Please note: This will be a 10 hours per week internship for an 8 week program from June 24th to August 16th 2024.

You’ll get to…

• Identify gap(s) in Sleeper’s current marketing plan

• Take action on potential solutions to improve Sleeper’s marketing operations

• Submit at least one complete project

• Network and collaborate with other Sleeper interns and Sleeper team members

• Are passionate about sports and improving the Fantasy sports experience

• Have strong collaboration skills and can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

• Understand fundamentals of marketing principles

• Take action on potential solutions to improve Sleeper’s marketing operations

• Have strong attention-to-detail skills, are proactive, and are very willing to learn

• Take constructive feedback well and have a high bar for quality of work produced

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
  
  

Extra points if you…

• Are an existing Sleeper user or have experience playing Fantasy Sports with other apps
