Our team members offer a fast, accurate, and friendly ordering experience - a genuine interaction that leaves our guests feeling satisfied and appreciated.Purpose Of The PositionThis role supports the Director of Supply Chain and Purchasing across all product categories, focusing on ensuring data accuracy (Crunchtime and Master Order Guides), effective project management, and clear internal communication. The position is responsible for maintaining an updated project list and managing the execution of delegated initiatives, including the launch of new items, limited time offers, promotional campaigns, and product replacements. It plays a critical role in executing marketing strategies and key category initiatives to drive growth and achieve profit goals.Essential Position Responsibilities• Collaborate across departments to support non-poultry product launches, limited-time offers, and promotions, ensuring item availability, new item setup, and coordination with culinary and purchasing teams.• Lead supply chain driven initiatives such as secondary supplier approvals, new product introductions, and product change approvals.• Develop and manage forecasts for promotional items, tracking performance metrics and success rates.• Maintain up-to-date order guides for all product categories, ensuring accuracy across systems.• Oversee product development timelines, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing and culinary strategies as directed by Supply Chain leadership.• Provide regular internal updates on ongoing and upcoming projects, as well as external communication to support centers and progress reports for Supply Chain leadership.Slim Chickens systems principles and objectives: Has a thorough understanding of Slim Chickens' established operating systems (e.g., quality, security, office environment, company policies, safety) and recognizes the responsibility to stay updated on these systems and the role this position plays in supporting them.Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives: This position description is designed to guide the activities of the Purchasing Analyst. Involves entering and retrieving information on a computer and visually verifying details, often in small print.
