Slot Attendant

WE LOVE OUR WORK.:

Verifying jackpots and filling out paperwork
Responsible for customer relations.
Performing minor repair to slot machines
Handles customer relations and minor customer disputes
Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees
Other duties as assigned.
Use of screwdriver, hand-held radio, and other slot related supplies

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Walking/Standing 65%
Bending/Lifting 30% (up to 75 lbs.) - Sitting 5%
EDUCATiONAL REQUiREMENTS
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Six months experience in slot field preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledgeable of basic slot machine functions.
Ability to read simple instructions.
Ability to do some troubleshooting.
Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors.
Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations.
Good communication skills.
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
