Distribution Sales, Program Manager - Rocklin, CA

SMA America is seeking a Distribution Sales, Program Manager to coordinate and manage Key Account and Channel Partner programs. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Sales.

Skills

  • Knowledge of the Solar Industry, Solar Inverters or Core Service or Distribution
  • Proficiency in English language, with German and/or Spanish a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy
  • Capability to lead and drive process improvements

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and maintaining contract renewal schedules and deliverables for Distribution Accounts
  • Managing pricing programs with Authorized Distributors and Key Accounts
  • Tracking and reporting Key Account Distribution Accounts performance
  • Managing Americas Service Sales demand/lead generation and reporting
  • Creating and sending open order reports for Distribution Accounts
  • Leading monthly meetings and QBRs with key Distribution Accounts

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business
