Financial Analyst - Rocklin, CA

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Financial Analyst is responsible for complying with and analyzing financial information for the company and projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for driving the annual budget planning processes and budget control process.
Supports monthly closing, e.g., prepare month-end posting doc, CO assessment etc., and summarizes financial results and analysis for senior management.
Review Financial reports, and work with SSC to properly reconcile and clear all relevant balance sheet accounts on a regular basis (e.g., quarterly).
Effectively control of costs by monthly cost reviews and proactively assist the company in identifying opportunities for improvements and cost reductions.
Provides financial analysis to support management decisions.
Provide financial support to Sales, Service, Operations, and other functions.
Lead processes to ensure all financial processes been properly implemented.
Responsible for cash flow forecast and variance analysis
Leads year-end financial audit, collaborating with different functional areas, and providing required documentation.
Work closely with Group Controlling team to ensure proper controlling process and reporting been implemented.
Other duties as assigned by manager.

REQUIRED TRAINING (TYPE / DURATION / FIELD / ADDITIONAL TRAINING)

Bachelor’s in accounting or Finance Required.

REQUIRED RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE (TYPE / DURATION)

5 years relevant work experience required.
In-depth knowledge in accounting and financial reporting.
SAP experience in FI/ CO highly preferred.
Experience of Accounting and Accounts Receivable preferred.

OTHER SPECIALIZED SKILLS

Demonstrated capability to lead and drive process improvements.
Experience of managing project teams from different work streams to fulfil project task.
Solid financial analysis, reporting and control skills.
Experience of setting up controlling process, costs analysis.
Problem Solving and Process Improvement skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Proficiency with general computer skills.
Proficiency in the English, both written and verbal, is required.
Organized, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy accounts receivable required.
Demonstrated capability to lead and drive process improvements.
Experience working for international company.

Salary range for the position: $75,000-$95,000 annually
