Skills

- Experience with Test Management tools
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Zephyr Scale and Reflect.
- Collaborate with support and development teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Document and resolve customer issues.
- Seek methods to improve problem resolution efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
