Customer Success Manager

Smartling is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure positive customer health and retention. The role involves onboarding, customer communication, retention, growth, and demonstrating value.

Skills

Ability to manage multiple customer relationships
Experience with contract renewals and up-sells
Strong networking and relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills
Business acumen and experience in customer presentations
Knowledge of translation and localization processes
Understanding of the SaaS business model

Responsibilities

Manage customer onboarding process
Develop communication cadence with customers
Implement effective account planning strategy
Lead business review meetings
Facilitate business process optimization workshops

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
